Workability
We are excited to announce the launch of our new website – Workability. Though still its infancy, we feel it is going to be an excellent resource for prospective employers.

These stories highlight not only their hard work and determination, but also the transformative impact of specialist education and tailored support.
Behind a secure area of the site, prospective employers will find detailed student profiles designed to help them get to know the young people joining them for work experience. These profiles offer a meaningful introduction to each student’s skills, interests, aspirations, and support needs, helping employers prepare positive, informed, and successful placements.
Work:Ability also serves as a platform to champion local businesses that demonstrate real social responsibility by partnering with us. By offering work experience opportunities, these employers play a vital role in shaping inclusive workplaces and opening doors for young people with additional needs.
