Pastoral Support (Family Link)

Our pastoral team works closely with students and parents, carers, and a range of external and multi‑agency professionals to meet the holistic needs of each student and their family. This collaborative approach ensures support is consistent, joined‑up, and responsive to individual circumstances.

Responsibility for student wellbeing is shared across the college, with clear leadership oversight and clearly defined roles. Staff work collaboratively to ensure support is timely, appropriate, and focused on helping every student feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
